The Realign

Description:

A guided space to bring yourself back into total alignment. Throughout the day your awareness becomes very attached to thought, doing, and producing. This leads to over identification with the thinking mind, and a detachment from the feeling body.

 

Kate brings you back into balance, and alignment which is really what yoga is all about. Come back into union within yourself and from this space move outward into a peaceful and easeful evening!

 

Class is layered and suitable for beginners with body awareness and a good level of fitness. This class is complimented by specially curated playlists matching the energetics of the movements to guide you even deeper to the beauty within!

Power 90

Description:

The Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures and some more challenging postures as well as focusing on the power of breath awareness.

Power Warrior 90

Description:

This practice is about finding balance between movement and calm. Strength and stability, fire and earth, energy and yin.

The first half of the class will ignite your inner fire. Eventually building it up to get the heart rate up, providing a powerful cardio effect, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences with appropriate modifications for all levels and ability.

We’ll vitalise and detox our internal organs through twists and clean our body’s cravings through vigorous movements to warm, awaken, and enliven the senses. We’ll be turning upside down to expand our perspective, to feel grounded and energised.

In the second half we will ground ourselves with yin, a wonderful antidote to our fiery practise. As we turn deeper inside, beneath the superficial muscles, targeting joints and connective tissue with long holds combined with breath work and meditation. This deep practice is gentle, yet intense, helping to increase the range of motion and stimulate energy flow.
